From De-stijl to Bauhaus and in contemporary design, geometric shapes and flat design are the bread and butter of iconic graphic imagery

I have a passion for Illustration. Whether i'm creating  imagery from my imagination or rendering a book cover or poster, I have an affinity for flat, bold work.

This group of work ranges from figures made entirely of geometric shapes to avant-garde typographical illustrations using the font "american type-writer". I was inspired by this font because in a time of Helvetica and Ariel, we often forget the merit of the Serif.

The last group of images are a collection of  eye-catching HIV prevention posters targeted to young adults, conversations about HIV are usually stern, serious and intimidating. My goal was to create a group of posters that were playful but relayed a compelling message.
